WHEE INKDEATH SPOILERS SORT OF

just finished reading inkdeath
i have been waiting so long to read this
thought it was gonna be a big disappointment as final books in a series usually are

...

it took me three days to read it.
because i could not put it down.
everyone was going "LYRA PUT THE BOOK DOWN READING FRAZZLES YOUR MIND"
and i went "NO I'M AT A GOOD PART"
and they'd say "YOU SAID THAT AN HOUR AGO"
and that's because EVERY PART WAS GOOD

hdhsdsd i loved it it was even better than the first book in many ways, at least in my opinion
and it really redeemed dustfinger in my eyes
and it made mo seem more human and less like the perfect father because of the way he was letting the story lead him
and it was possibly the first book i have ever read where the heroine falls in love with someone in an earlier book and then falls out of love and meets someone else
usually in books it's like "love at first sight" or some shit where their first romance is their only romance and everyone knows that's bullshit but whatever
i was surprised

and i giggled when fenoglio started wondering whether some other human was writing his story as well, especially when he dismissed the idea
